HOW ARE PROVIDERS CERTIFIED?

If a Work Order Network Service Provider is labeled as “Certified” that means an extensive
background check has been conducted to validate a variety of different things:
- – The Service Provider is an actual taxpaying company in the states for which they are listed
- – The Service Provider is in good credit standing
- – The Service Provider is properly insured based upon the services they provide
IF I DON’T SEE MY PREFERRED SERVICE PROVIDER LISTED, SHOULD I BE WORRIED?
Not necessarily. If you have a long standing relationship with a Service Provider already we would not let this
influence what work you send them going forward. Mainly, think of Certified Providers as a safeguard to help
you better select new Service Providers for first time work from our Provider Directory.
DOES IT COST ME MORE MONEY TO SEND A WORK ORDER TO A CERTIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER?
Nope! Not at all!
