What are common questions people ask of the Providers they are sending out work?
We don’t really have the right answer to this as everyone’s needs and projects are so different but some typical standard questions often reference things such as liability coverage amounts, experience, availability, etc.
Is there a limit to how many questions I can ask?
Nope! No limit at all. Feel free to ask as many questions you would like but we do recommend keeping your questions to fewer than 10 or so. If you have a more detailed project that requires a lot of Q&A we recommend attaching a document to the opportunity, having the Provider fill it out and then return it to you with the rest of their response as an attachment.
I picked a winner and awarded the work, now what?
Congrats! We are glad to hear things worked out for you and you found a winner. Once you awarded the work, the Service Provider you have chosen will receive notification that you have selected them and that you will be contacting them soon. You should, at this point, reach out to the Provider via phone or email to get things going.
I have not received any bids yet and the deadline is approaching, what should I do?
No problem at all, sometimes it happens. Perhaps the Service Provider you sent out the request to didn’t receive the initial invite or you didn’t invite enough Providers to bid on the work. We recommend extending the deadline for the opportunity and inviting a few more Service Providers to partake in the process.
