In May 2012, the executives at Pizza Hut determined that the call center solution it had in place to help manage workflow was not meeting its needs. Operators often felt they were left unaware of what was happening with their facilities and it was difficult to determine who was at fault for the miscommunications — the vendor, the call center or the restaurants.

What does verification mean?

Verification refers to the process of having work signed off electronically by the person who requested the initial service from you. When you mark work as completed, the person who made the request will receive a notification letting them know that they need to verify that the work was completed.

Does the system generate invoice numbers?

The system uses the Work Order number as the Invoice Number by default. There is no need to create a separate invoice number. However there is a field in your application for placing a more appropriate number from an external system. Services Providers find you and assign you work

Service Provider is the standard system option for Service Vendors who are connected to the Work Order Network. With WorkTrack Service Provider you are able to connect, accept, complete, and invoice for work with Customers connected to the Network.
